Responsibilities:

• communicating and involved in acquiring the HQ Customer go ahead in order to proceed with project activities
• project data validation, resources planning, resources negotiation with other teams, order role assignment of the concerned team in the •Service Transition provisioning systems, and communication of these resources to all involved actors (stakeholders) in this project.
• Project progress reporting to project stakeholders including reporting to diamond HQ customers for their impacted sites.
• Keeping PPRT (project progress reporting tool) up to date with project progress data at least every two weeks.
• proactively manage the end-to-end implementation of the technical migration to ensure that all components are delivered in accordance with the implementation plan and schedule
• proactively taking ownership of incidents, adjusting the planning, owning escalations, and providing updates to all stakeholders & provide a clear image to impacted customers.
• work with customers & service management to develop implementation schedule.
• Trigger site surveys when required
