3D ARTIST

IDEEN IN HOLZ IMMO AG a renowned name in the Building Construction industry is currently seeking a talented and creative 3D Artist to join our team. As one of our 3D artists you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic innovative environment where your artistic skills will be put to use in creating realistic visual representations of our construction projects. You will play an integral role in conceptualizing developing and executing highquality 3D models animations and visual effects. If you have a keen eye for detail a strong understanding of 3D design principles and a passion for architecture and design we would love to hear from you.

Tasks

• Create highquality 3D models and assets for architectural visualization projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing 3D renderings.
• Use industrystandard software to texture light and render 3D scenes with a focus on photorealism.
• Ensure that all 3D assets meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in 3D modeling rendering and visualization to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Maya or Blender
• Strong artistic and creative skills with the ability to bring ideas to life through visual representations
• Solid understanding of the principles of design including composition color theory and lighting
• Experience in creating realistic textures and materials for 3D models
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment effectively communicating and integrating feedback
