Sr. Specialist People Operations
University degree in legal, HR, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of Core People Operations experience and Benefits management is a plus
• Knowledge of local employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to influence internal and external business partners at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
• Strong personal and work ethics.
• Previous experience in customer care or shared services industries is a plus.
