Job Purpose
- Prime Responsible for Training of all (New and existing) sales Staff at the Unit on behavioral skills Products Processes relationship building and Policies of the Bank to ensure best in class customer experience Ensure that the training developed by the organization meets the needs of each function and is aligned with the goals of the business.
- The scope covers training delivery for assets products i.e PL & BL to the core channels as well as support channels which source these businesses.
- Mapping out training plans and schedules in consultation and guidance of the SET team designing and developing training programs for Unsecured Loans.
- To ensure high quality of product and process knowledge amongst all staff in the Unit through effective Induction Trainings and Refreshers as per defined timelines.
Job Responsibilities(JR):
1. Deliver existing Training Programmes:
- To ensure BDRs / SOs focus on Retail Assets business target achievement & relationship building through innovative training delivery methods for absorption and implement
- To ensure BDRs / SOs focus on Retail Assets business target achievement & relationship building through innovative training delivery methods for absorption and implement
- Organize and conduct classroom training for aletail assets team like -- BL - Income product / Banking surrogate / SEP / Dukandar / ME Product with Eligibility calculation / PL - Normal PL / Elite / Govt Segment / Golden Edge and Pre-approved Segment with Eligibility Calculation.
2. Liaisioning with the business for all training activities:
- Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
- Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments.
- Works closely with ASM / RSM /ZSM to identify the training requirements tailored to the business needs and individual FOS & SOs
3. Onboarding & Induction Programs:
- Organizing and Scheduling Monthly Classroom / Virtual On- Boarding training for all new Joiness of BDRs & SOs for 3 days covering brief of company Product features Benefits Policy process DOs & Donts Eligibility calculation Digital Training Role Play Code of Conduct and inviting Vintage BDRs / ASM to convey their success stories Evaluate the learning through Assessments and provide Feedback to mentors for ensuring each staff is equipped with ID Card / Salary account is open / Vymo ID is created & Regulatory certification to be completed in Enthral Mobile app.
4. Sales Effectiveness:
- Organize and conduct Tele-etiquettes / Role play on sales pitch / Territory Mapping / Prospecting / Objection Handling / Closing / Relationship building Incentives Calcualtion with examples:- make your own PLP group discussion and evaluate the performance through Quizzes and Assessment to understand the level of understanding of the Service and Sales Product sessions at regular intervals to sustain focus at all times.
5. Performance Review
- Trainers will carry the Training Mandate Target.
- Will be responsible to cover each Resources SE/TSE/SOS/ Existing and New for Training.
- Need to ensure Product penetration of core product namely viz; Unsecured Loan.
- Conduct Pre & Post Test Conduct FAQ and provide Solutions to meet Business Needs.
- Will be responsible for Conducting Cross Sell Product Training.
- Efficiency in Managing Nomination Attendance of Participants Coordinating with Admin & IT for Training Room.
- Developing Training Needs based on Business Requirements
6. Process:
- To ensure strict adherence to Quality parameters in terms of relationship building service delivery and process.
- To drive a culture of high quality and professional discipline amongst the entire team.
- Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual simulated mentoring on the job training professional development classes etc).
- Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information.
- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Use known selling principles and stay up-to- date on new training methods and techniques. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Liaises with Regional Head STU to ensure all training materials documents and PPT module are adhere to the brand guidelines.
7. MIS handling:
- Provide Regular Mis to Regional Head STU on the Training Conducted Resources Covered Training Mandays & Location Covered.
- Ensure Nomination mails are sent to Line Managers for active participation of sales team.
- Trainer need to coordinate with the respected vendor to provide this basic facilities and ensure all vendors payments process are done smoothly.
Candidates Profile:
- Min 5 years of experience in training delivery
- Banking Product & Process Knowledge.
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
- A proven track record of training program development and management.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
