## About the Role
We are looking for a strategic leader to manage our Treasury and Strategic Alliances function based in Chennai. This role is responsible for overseeing treasury operations liquidity management debt fundraising and institutional partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our cost of funds driving structured finance initiatives and supporting AIF fundraising efforts.

## Key Responsibilities
- Lead treasury strategy covering ALM liquidity planning and cash flow management.
- Drive the optimization of the cost of funds and ensure efficient capital deployment.
- Manage relationships with banks NBFCs DFIs and other lenders.
- Lead debt fundraising initiatives across term loans NCDs CPs securitization and structured instruments.
- Build and maintain a robust lender network and negotiate favorable funding terms.
- Drive the end-to-end closure of borrowing transactions.
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with banks NBFCs and institutional players.
- Enable co-lending and co-origination alliances and identify new partnership-led growth opportunities.
- Support AIF fundraising by engaging with institutional investors LPs and family offices.
- Manage investor relationships and assist in capital raise processes.
- Structure innovative financing solutions including blended finance and guarantees.
- Collaborate with internal risk finance and business teams to ensure funding alignment.
- Ensure compliance with NBFC/RBI regulations and internal governance frameworks.
- Build and manage the treasury and partnerships team capability.

## Requirements
- 12-18 years of experience in the financial services sector.
- Strong background in NBFCs Banks AIF or Structured Finance.
- Proven track record in debt fundraising and managing lender relationships.
- Exposure to impact or agri-financing is preferred.
