Job Summary
Profile:Store Manager-Jewellery-Surat-3 LPA
Experience:2-3 years
Salary Range: 20k to 25k
Roles:
1. Store Operations Management
- Manage complete day-to-day store operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of sales billing and customer service
2. Team Handling & Supervision
- Supervise sales staff and allocate responsibilities
- Maintain staff discipline and productivity
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer experience
- Build customer relationships to improve repeat business
4. Sales & Target Achievement
- Monitor store sales performance
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth
5. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate stock replenishment and display management
6. Store Presentation & Reporting
- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports
Qualification:
- Graduate preferred
- Retail management experience is an advantage
