Job Summary
We are looking for an Outsystems Senior Developer/Tech Lead.
The profile we are looking for should have Backend Frontend and Data Base knowledge as well as ODC strong experience This person needs to have at least 7-10 years of working experience with Outsystems in full-dedicated developer role or Tech Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively collaborate with business analysts (BAs) and Product Owner to understand requirements and use cases.
- Propose technical solutions and actively contribute to decision-making.
- Work closely with an 6-member team to create and enhance the internal management solution.
- Report progress and align with the team lead on project milestones.
- Collaborate in a restructuration roadmap as a Senior member ensuring:
- Code Quality and Maintainability
- Well Structured Data Base
- Design and Architecture Quality
- Mentoring/Coaching Junior and Mid-level colleagues
