Job Summary
We are recruiting an experienced Team Leader to manage a Compliance Control & Risk Management (CCRM) team based in Lisbon. This is a senior-level position requiring both solid CCRM expertise and proven people management skills in a multilingual environment.
What you will do:
- Lead and coordinate a team of CCRM specialists
- Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Support the team in complex case resolution and escalations
- Report to senior management on team KPIs and risk indicators
- Drive continuous improvement within the teams processes and workflows
- Act as a point of reference for quality standards and best practices
What we are looking for:
- English fluent (minimum C1) mandatory
- French fluent (minimum C1) B2 considered if highly proficient mandatory
- Previous experience in Compliance Control & Risk Management mandatory
- Proven experience in team management
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
