St Vincents Care Services Bronteis a boutique facility located in one of Sydneys beautiful beachside neighbourhoods. Our 107-bed facility offers a high standard of holistic care as well as specialist dementia accommodation.

About The Role:
Overseeall performance indicators including financial budgetsworkforceresident & staffsafetyminimum care minutesand occupancy with accountability for business development and sustainable growth.

Senior leadership experience within residential aged carehealthor a similarly regulated environment.
A leaderpossessingwarmthcompassionand exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability tobuild trustand relationshipwithkeystakeholders.
Proven capability to lead and manage a complex service both commercially and operationallywith full accountability for care quality workforcegovernanceand financial performance.
Strong understanding ofall statutory and regulatory requirements includingaged care legislation clinical governance accreditationstandardsqualitysystemsand complaints & critical incident management.
Demonstrated ability to build & sustain a positive workplace culture with experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams including workforce planning recruitmentretentionand performance management.
A proactive improvement-focused mindset with the ability to innovate adapt and lead change in a challenging operating environment.
Alignment with and commitment to the missionvaluesand legacy of St Vincents Health Australia.
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (or related discipline) desirablewith evidence of ongoing professional developmenthighly regarded.
Successful completion and maintenance of Responsible Person screening checks. This position is considered a Responsible Person role being accountable for day-to-day operations and having authority decision-making influence & responsibility for planning and directing activities within our organisation.
