Evaluate proposed process changes and ensure business readiness prior to deployment.
Must have worked on SAP S/4 V/4 and Fiori Applications.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Stakeholder Engagement & Intake:
Interact with business stakeholders to understand processes and ensure Vistex solutions meet operational objectives.
Serve as the primary escalation point for business questions or system issues prior to IT involvement.
Promote strong communication between business and IT ensuring shared understanding of priorities.
Manage the intake process and demand backlog including grooming prioritization and disposition of items.
Align backlog priorities with Business Owners and Functional Leads.
Training Change and Communication:
Support development and updates of training materials Provide ongoing user support process clarification and refinement of business requirements.
Assist with readiness and adoption activities ensuring successful transition into new ways of working.
