In this role you will:

• Define and own the strategic roadmap for CSA BLD Escalation SIGE (Tritonix) and related Contractual Services applications
• Own the wing-to-wing deliverables for CSA analytics products supporting our Contractual Services Business Line and Services Cost & Productivity organizations
• Align technology investments with Gas Power Services Hoshin initiatives and business priorities
• Partner with the CS Value Stream Leader to execute on the Integrated CS Platform roadmap
• Coordinate the work of multiple parallel teams to deliver higher-level cross-functional outcomes

Desired Characteristics

Technical & Functional Expertise:

• Proven experience applying Agile program management methodologies (Scrum SAFe Kanban)
• Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies with genuine curiosity about industry trends
• Familiarity with data & analytics platforms (Databricks Tableau Power BI preferred)
• Solid grasp of SDLC software product security scalability and documentation best practices
• PMP ScrumMaster SAFe or related Project Management certification (preferred)

• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority organizing teams aligning stakeholders and driving shared goals
• Proven track record as a change agent who challenges the status quo constructively
• Self-starter who requires minimal direction and consistently delivers results in ambiguous environments

Required Qualifications:

Degree requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Math)
