Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Handle employee lifecycle management including joining confirmation exit formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee records HRMIS attendance leave management and payroll coordination.
- Draft HR policies letters and employee communication.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Handle grievance management and employee relations.
- Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Assist management in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HR operations and generalist activities.
- Experience in recruitment for real estate construction or infrastructure industry preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant HR Generalist experience is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate from Real Estate / Construction background will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable handling multiple HR responsibilities independently.
- Must possess professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
