About the role

As an Sr. Specialist FP&A you will play a critical role as a finance business partner supporting one of Carriers businesses. Based in Monterrey this position is responsible for managing P&L performance cash flow and key financial metrics while leading planning forecasting and analysis activities. You will work closely with business leadership to provide insights drive performance improvements and support strategic decisionmaking in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Sr. Specialist FP&A youll be responsible for:

• Acting as a key finance business partner working closely with business management and operations to drive financial performance improvements

• Monitoring financial performance by analyzing results and initiating corrective actions

• Overseeing the reporting of accurate and timely financial information for the assigned business

• Reviewing and analyzing key performance trends (orders backlog sales margins expenses) to identify risks and opportunities

• Providing technical financial expertise and guidance to business leadership teams

• Preparing adhoc analysis and investigations to support decisionmaking

• Promoting and reinforcing an ethical culture aligned with Carrier policies and procedures

• Driving a culture of continuous improvement across financial processes and performance management

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical proactive collaborative and able to influence business decisions through strong financial insight. If this sounds like you wed love to hear from you.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a related field

• 5 years of experience in FP&A or other financerelated roles

• Strong knowledge of financial planning forecasting and performance analysis

• Advanced conversational English skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels

Although not necessary it would be nice if you have:

• P&L ownership experience

• SAP and HFM knowledge

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Ability to quickly adapt to new business models and changing environments

• Experience driving actionable insights and continuous improvement initiatives
