What Youll Do

As a Buyer you will:

• Manages the purchasing processby preparing and generating purchase orders requesting material quotations and negotiating prices terms and conditions with authorized suppliers.
• Prepare and analyze requests for quotation (RFQs) and drive competitive bidding processes
• Negotiate pricing terms and conditions to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk
• Lead supplier performance management including KPIs scorecards and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by coordinating supplier readiness cost targets and timelines
• Collaborate with engineering quality and manufacturing teams to ensure material specifications and requirements are met
• Lead cross-functional projects related to procurement and supply chain optimization
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to enhance collaboration and performance
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when applicable.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in International Business Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• 6 years of experience in supply chain preferable within medical environment.
• Fluent in English

  Compensation

  Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience skills and business needs. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to geographical location work experience skill set relevant trainings and certifications and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.
