This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Houston TX. As a result of some fantastic new work and a booming construction segment we will also consider an Austin position for the right candidate. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships maintaining customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying customer needs creating tailored solutions conducting product presentations and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The Account Manager will also play a key role in expanding the client base and meeting sales targets while acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven account management and client relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Sales and business development expertise including the ability to identify opportunities and achieve revenue goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with water treatment systems or the chemicals industry is a strong advantage.
- Bachelors degree in Business Chemistry Environmental Studies or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
