Tasks

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Provide training and education programs for employees on safety practices emergency procedures and the proper use of safety equipment.
• Investigate accidents incidents and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety management systems into project planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field preferred.
• BSCP Certification CHST preferred
• Data Center/Commercial Construction Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage safety programs.
• Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and implement corrective measures.
