We are seeking a seasoned Delivery & Release Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution and deployment of complex software projects. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery managing the integrity of the release pipeline and maintaining a rigorous defect management process. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and project governance to meet the high-quality standards expected at Honeywell.

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery & Release Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution and deployment of complex software projects. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery managing the integrity of the release pipeline and maintaining a rigorous defect management process. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and project governance to meet the high-quality standards expected at Honeywell.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Management: Own the project roadmap ensuring milestones are met through effective resource allocation and risk mitigation.
- Release Management: Plan schedule and control the movement of releases through different stages (Development Test and Production). Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless deployments.
- Defect Management: Lead the defect triage process prioritizing bugs based on severity and impact and ensuring timely resolution to maintain release velocity.
- Governance & Reporting: Drive daily/weekly stand-ups and provide executive-level status reports on delivery health release readiness and defect trends.
- Process Improvement: Implement and refine CI/CD practices and Agile methodologies to optimize the delivery lifecycle.
