Job Summary

The Relationship Manager (Royal) in Retail Branch Banking is responsible for acquiring and managing affluent/premium customers while driving CASA growth and cross-selling banking products. The role focuses on relationship management revenue generation and achieving branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities CASA Acquisition & Growth
  • Acquire new CASA customers (Current Account & Savings Account)
  • Increase branch CASA book through customer sourcing and referrals
  • Deepen relationships with existing customers to improve balances
  • Drive activation and retention of accounts
Customer Relationship Management
  • Manage portfolio of Royal/Preferred customers
  • Provide personalized banking solutions and priority servicing
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships for higher wallet share
  • Act as a single point of contact for premium customers
Sales & Cross-Selling
  • Cross-sell banking products:
    • Insurance
    • Mutual funds
    • Fixed deposits
    • Credit cards
    • Personal/Home/Business loans
    • Forex and wealth products
  • Generate revenue through product penetration
Business Development
  • Source customers through:
    • Branch walk-ins
    • References
    • Corporate activities
    • Local market visits
    • Networking
  • Conduct customer meetings and sales pitches
Compliance & Operations
  • Ensure KYC and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain proper documentation
  • Follow banking policies and audit requirements
