Manager / Sr. Manager – Intermediate Sales – International Markets
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional for the role of Intermediate Sales for International Markets. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth managing key intermediary relationships expanding market presence and achieving business targets through strategic sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills commercial acumen and experience in handling channel/intermediary sales within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through intermediaries channel partners brokers distributors or institutional partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key intermediaries and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular market mapping competitor analysis and business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting operations product and marketing for seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead negotiations commercial discussions and partnership agreements.
- Prepare sales forecasts MIS reports and management presentations.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members where applicable.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field. MBA preferred.
- 6–12 years of experience in intermediary/channel/B2B sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong network within relevant industry segments.
