Job Summary
We are hiring a Bench Sales Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing bench consultants working with vendors and implementation partners and placing consultants on C2C/W2 opportunities across the USA.
Note: Experience or knowledge in US IT Recruitment will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants to vendors implementation partners and direct clients.
Search for suitable job requirements on Dice LinkedIn Monster and other job portals.
Submit consultants to matching requirements and follow up regularly with vendors.
Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from recruiters and consultants.
Negotiate rates and support the onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
Maintain daily submission and interview tracking reports.
Ensure bench consultants are actively marketed and placed quickly.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Strong communication negotiation and follow-up skills.
Experience using job portals such as Dice and LinkedIn.
Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of US IT Recruitment and technical screening.
Existing vendor and implementation partner network.
Familiarity with various IT technologies and roles.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
