Job Summary

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Trainer to manage training and development activities for promoters across Kerala. The role involves conducting product sales and soft skills training supporting onboarding and OJT activities coordinating with sales teams and improving promoter performance and retention.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct product sales and soft skills training for promoters across Kerala
* Handle onboarding OJT and 3 months handholding support for new promoters
* Coordinate with sales teams to align training programs with business goals
* Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness
* Support promoter hiring interviews and onboarding activities
* Monitor promoter performance and attrition management
* Create training materials presentations and learning resources
* Ensure effective usage of LMS/OLN platforms
* Conduct regular market visits and provide field-level support
* Track and report training outcomes and employee progress
Requirements
* MBA Freshers can apply
* Graduates with minimum 1 year of sales experience are also eligible
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
* Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
