The Opportunity
The People Operations Specialist optimises core People processes across the employee lifecycle. This role combines hands-on execution with process improvement ensuring scalableefficient and high-quality People operations.
Were ideally looking for someone to join us part-time with a view to growing into a full-time position within six months.What Youll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment including job briefs candidate sourcing screening and interview coordination
- Deliver a smooth onboarding experience managing pre-boarding inductions and new starter check-ins
- Contribute to employee experience initiatives including surveys recognition programs and events
- Assist with learning and development activities including training coordination and tracking outcomes
- Maintain accurate employee records and support compensation and benefits administration
- Ensure HR compliance by tracking requirements maintaining documentation and supporting investigations
- Manage offboarding processes including exit coordination final pay and insights tracking
What Youll Bring
- 36 years experience in People Operations Talent Acquisition or HR
- Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle management
- Experience improving or optimising HR workflows
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
- Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders
