The Opportunity
As the People Systems & Insights Analyst you will support the day-to-day use of the MyHR and PageUp systems contribute to data clean-up initiatives and identify improvement opportunities. Responsible for the development analysis and distribution of reports and data to support people strategies your role will encompass visual verbal and written data representation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide guidance and technical support for HR systems use including troubleshooting and maintain documentation.
- Support the delivery of periodic reports and processes from daily to annual processes.
- Enhance data quality and integrity by identifying improvements and championing solutions.
- Provide high quality analysis commentary and interpretation of HR data distributing results to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and implement enhancements to key HR systems.
Your Application
To be successful in the role your application will need to demonstrate:
- Ability to communicate complex technical information and provide exemplary customer service to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in maintaining IT platforms and processes and knowledge of reporting tools including SQL PowerBI and Microsoft Excel.
- An inquiring mindset and capability to analyse quantitative and qualitative information identify trends and insights.
- Strong attention to detail accuracy and completeness of data and an ability to articulate improvements.
- Interest in learning about People and Wellbeing functions processes and strategies.
Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 6 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $116 872comprising base salary within the range of $92120 to $99891 plus 17% superannuation.
