Banking and Finance Lawyer | Sydney

The role

Were on the lookout for a Lawyer to join our rapidly growing national Banking & Finance team led by Zina Edwards. Zina is an experienced finance and restructuring lawyer with a particular focus on the growing alternative lending market in Australia. You will have the opportunity to advise on numerous onshore and offshore credit funds asset managers and other non-bank lenders in relation to investments in complex structured finance and hybrid transactions venture debt and growth finance restructuring and special situations.

• Currently practising post-admission as a Banking & Finance lawyer
• Genuinely passionate about problem-solving and thinking outside the box
• Keen to get involved in the firms business development activities
