The role

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Co-CEOs and a small group of executive team members in a fast-paced evolving environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised proactive relationship-oriented and takes pride in helping leaders and teams operate at their best.

Alongside strong executive support capability we are also interested in someone who is naturally curious about new tools technology and smarter ways of working. You may already be using AI tools or other technologies in your day-to-day work to improve efficiency organisation or coordination and enjoy exploring practical ways to enhance how work gets done.

As a business we are interested in continuing to evolve and improve how we operate over time and this role will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and improvements that support more effective ways of working across the executive support function.

You are likely to bring:

  • Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong judgement discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive solutions-focused approach and the ability to navigate ambiguity calmly and effectively
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with a high level of ownership and accountability

In addition you:

  • Are highly confident using technology and naturally explore new tools and ways of working
  • Incorporate AI tools or other technologies in your day-to-day work to improve how you operate
  • Enjoy finding smarter more efficient ways to manage workflows coordination and communication
  • Are curious adaptable and open to continuous learning
  • Can balance innovation with practicality and good judgment
