At Rehab Health and Fitness Australia (RHFA) we believe that great services starts with great clinicians. Were looking for passionate confident physiotherapists who want to make a real difference in the lives of adults living with neurological conditions lifelong and acquired disabilities limb loss complex orthopaedic conditions age-related syndromes and more.

These are roles in our community service but there may be opportunities in our state of the art rehabilitation clinics for the successful candidate moving forward.

What Youll Do

• Deliver personalised evidence-informed physiotherapy in homes clinics and community settings
• Implement therapy plans that build capacity and optimise mobility function and independence
• Collaborate across disciplines to provide multi D and inter D supports
• Be part of a team thats always learning mentoring and growing together
• Provide therapy with compassion dignity and respect

• Fortnightly 2 hour in-service education sessions

• Joint home visits regular supervision and mentoring
• A 12-month individual learning plan tailored to your goals

Requirements

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
• Full AHPRA registration
• Valid drivers licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Recent Police Check
