Senior Lead Principal Full Stack Software Engineer

In the Demo Platform team we help people be heroes which also makes us heroes! We develop the platform and capabilities that presales across the whole IFS eco system use to demonstrate the value of IFS Cloud to customers. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and open-minded engineer in the capacity of Senior Lead/Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team with a primary focus on building a scalable platform that enables high-impact demonstrations of IFS capabilities to this role you will closely collaborate with internal/partner presales and engineering teams across Product and Technology to align solutions with business outcomes.

You will ensure that the product is built with good engineering practices and architecture considering factors such as performance scalability and maintainability. You will play a key role in providing technical expertise improving engineering practices emphasis on AI first development driving architectural decisions perform trade-off analysis authoring high quality design artifacts and ADRs. You will also be a mentor and coach engineers while guiding the team through complex problem solving.

To be effective in job you need to be a good communicator be a fast study and be enthusiastic to quickly acquire functional understanding of the business software. You cannot effectively work on building the Demo Platform unless you possess a foundational understanding of the solutions we are selling.

Qualifications :

• A degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Strong handson experience designing and delivering enterprisegrade software with a clear focus on quality maintainability security and performance
• Strong technical/programming skills with in-depth experience in Frontend and Backend frameworks and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Services preferably Azure.
• The ability to leverage agentic AI frameworks and AI-assisted development tools to build debug troubleshoot and ship features efficiently to production
• Proven experience working across the full software development lifecycle design development testing deployment and support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to work in distributed Global team set up collaborating with different stakeholders
• Its not critical what programming languages you have expertise in but hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies - Go React and PostgreSQL would be an added advantage
• Previous exposure of IFS Cloud IFS Applications or other ERP applications is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
