Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Edmonton AB

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:15 16:30 (Alberta Time)
Position Overview
An experienced Administrative Assistant is required to provide day-to-day operational support to a fast-paced role involves a combination of administrative coordination financial processing and organizational support to managers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to team members and leadership
- Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate logistics (including room bookings)
- Assist with financial processes such as invoice tracking expense management and basic reporting
- Prepare format and review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain both digital and physical records management systems
- Support meeting activities including agenda preparation minute-taking and follow-ups
- Coordinate events and internal team activities
Essential Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (document formatting tracking reporting)
- Experience handling invoices expenses and basic financial processes
- Proven ability to organize meetings events and logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience with records management (digital and physical)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors
Asset Qualifications
- Familiarity with administrative or financial systems (e.g. expense or invoice tracking tools)
- Experience preparing professional documents such as briefing notes or memos
- Strong meeting coordination skills (agenda creation minutes follow-ups)
- Experience working with data analytical or technical teams
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate team and leadership needs
