Job Summary

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education: Masters Degree

Experience: Three years successful classroom teaching experience

Licenses/Other:ValidTexas Teacher Certificate with Principal or Administrative Instructional Leadership Training and appraiser in Texas Teacher Appraisal System PDAS or T-TESS or such alternatives as may be acceptable to the district.

Provide students withappropriate instruction tohelp fulfill their potential for intellectual emotional physical and social growth.

ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES:

Assumes responsibility for proper student conduct and maintenance of student discipline
Serve as a campus appraiser for teacher appraisal system
Assists with extracurricular activities
Assists with development of curriculum and improvement of instructional program as directed by theprincipal
Continues professional growth seeking opportunities to expand educational competencies.
Other duties as assigned by the principal.
