Experience with hardware product development lifecycle and experience with released product and support.
Experience with hardware board designing and testing with more emphasis on analog circuit design
Support the design development and analysis of hardware schematics Bill of Materials and layouts of target hardware
Experience in using schematic generation tools like DxDesigner 7.9.5
Experience in circuit analysis and simulation using PSPICE LtSpice
Experience in using CAM tools like View Mate or similar for Gerber validation
Prepares of engineering and release related reports for project review
Utilize engineering disciplines including Electrical Engineering Process
Management DFMEA DFM/DFA and WCA to develop robust design solutions
Testing of Engineering hardware prototypes using inhouse tools and also at external labs Functional testing Environmental testing EMI/EMC
Work closely with core hardware design engineers and cross-functional teams to execute and validate design fixes.
Knowledge of PCB layout Gerbers and using DFM/DFT guidelines
Highly desired:
Working experience with Industrial Automation products.
Hardware design simulation using PSPICE or equivalent tool.
Knowledge of Pre and post signal integrity analysis.
Knowledge of EMI/EMC compatible design and testing.
