Job Summary
Job Summary:
Position: Part-time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location: Algonquin IL
Dates: August 2026 May 2027
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral interventions to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Address behavior concerns and skill deficits through evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with teachers administrators and specialists to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all services data collection and student progress ensuring compliance with district and state requirements.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings contributing expertise in behavior analysis and management and conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
- Utilize school-based technology proficiently in service delivery and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Illinois licensure or eligibility to practice as determined by the Illinois State Board of Education.
- Masters degree or Doctorate in applied behavioral sciences psychology education or a related field.
- Proficiency with school-based technology.
