Job Summary
Job Summary (Part-time BCBA Aurora IL Aug 2026 May 2027):
- Position: Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Location: Aurora IL
- Contract Dates: August 2026 May 2027
- Orientation: 8/3/26
- School Year: 8/19/26 5/28/27
Qualifications:
- Board Certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Licensed or eligible to practice in Illinois (per Illinois State Board of Education)
- Master s or Doctorate in applied behavioral sciences psychology education or related field
- Skilled in school-based technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions to students per Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Address behavior concerns and skill deficits
- Collaborate closely with teachers administrators and specialists to develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation of all services data collection and student progress
- Ensure compliance with district and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings providing expertise in behavior analysis management and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
