Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Support Technician to join the technical support team of one of our clients in Lisboa. This professional will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance troubleshooting and equipment maintenance ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to users and equipment;
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues;
- Install configure and maintain devices and peripherals;
- Ensure systems are updated and functioning according to company policies;
- Collaborate with remote teams to resolve complex incidents.
Qualifications :
- Training in Information Technology or related field;
- 12 years of experience in technical support roles;
- Solid knowledge of hardware operating systems and networks;
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication and customer-oriented approach;
- Certifications (Microsoft Cisco ITIL) are a plus.
