Job Summary

About the role

We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. You will be the go-to person for Italian-speaking customers handling their questions solving issues and delivering a great experience across phone email and chat.

What you will do

  • Handle inbound requests from Italian-speaking customers and resolve them efficiently
  • Log and track interactions accurately in CRM tools
  • Escalate complex cases to the right internal teams
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality initiatives

What we are looking for

  • Italian at C1/C2 level written and spoken (mandatory)
  • English at a working level (B1 or above)
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus motivated newcomers welcome
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable with digital tools and CRM platforms
  • EU work authorisation required
