Reservation Sales & Service Agent
Job Summary
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone email and online platforms
- Provide guests with information about room types rates hotel facilities and promotions
- Process modify and cancel reservations accurately in the hotel management system
- Upsell hotel rooms packages and additional services to increase revenue
- Maintain updated knowledge of room availability and pricing
- Coordinate with Front Office Housekeeping and Sales departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and complaints
- Prepare reservation reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Support group bookings and corporate account reservations when needed
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards
Qualifications :
- Degree in Hospitality Tourism or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in hospitality reservations or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera).
- Sales-oriented mindset with upselling abilities
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work shifts
