Activation Team Agent

• Complete restaurant activation processes
• Escalate and follow up on potential technical issues during the opening phase with relevant teams
• Conduct onboarding sessions and provide tool training for new restaurants
• Inform and coordinate with cross-functional and vertical teams regarding other blockers that may impact the opening process

Qualifications :

• Strong communication skills with restaurant partners with the ability to build trust and manage expectations effectively
• Strong training and onboarding skills with the ability to clearly explain processes tools and activation steps to new restaurants
• Basic understanding of operational KPIs (e.g. AHT SLA) and performance targets
• Ability to identify escalate and follow up on technical and operational issues during activation and opening phases
• Ability to follow SOPs and work within structured operational processes
