Graphic Design Agent

• Resolves issues related to visuals by communicating with chain brands and individual restaurants via telephone and email.
• Completes visual requests from the graphics team and adds stock visuals during DLP processes.
• Provides support for processes originating from Global.

Qualifications :

• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud tools especially Photoshop
• Ability to work in compliance with brand guidelines and visual standards
• Managing and tracking graphic-related email communications
• Strong ability to accurately interpret feedback and deliver fast precise revisions
• Disciplined approach to time management and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective communication and coordination with relevant teams
• Ability to work efficiently within a team structure while also contributing individually
• Contributing to graphic business development and improvement processes
• Fulfilling tasks assigned by department managers in line with departmental needs
