Reservation Executive Aliée Istanbul
Job Summary
- Manage all room reservation inquiries through phone email and online channels in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure accurate processing of bookings amendments cancellations and special requests
- Maintain detailed knowledge of room categories rates packages and hotel services
- Build personalized guest experiences by anticipating preferences and communicating relevant information to operational teams
- Coordinate closely with Front Office Sales and Guest Relations teams to ensure smooth pre-arrival planning
- Maximize room revenue through effective upselling and strategic reservation management
- Handle VIP reservations with discretion accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Maintain reservation records and guest profiles in accordance with brand standards
- Ensure all communication reflects the refined tone and luxury positioning of Aliée
- Support the opening journey and evolving standards of a dynamic luxury lifestyle destination
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations Front Office or Guest Services within luxury hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and booking platforms
- Ability to handle guest requests with professionalism discretion and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays when required
