Position: Sales/Marketing Consultation
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50$90/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Join a 1-hour paid live consultation with a Mercor researcher. Narrate your job processes including CRM steps outreach cadences deal stages and campaign workflows.
- Walk through Drive folders decks briefs segment plans and dashboards. Highlight platforms like Salesforce HubSpot Marketo Outreach Salesloft and Tableau.
- Surface multi-step workflows that span multiple apps files and stakeholders. Focus on those that challenge a frontier AI agent.
- Optionally contribute to follow-on task authoring. Your scoped workflows will form the foundation for tasks an AI agent will be evaluated on.
- Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking. Your work directly informs how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5 years of full-time sales account management or marketing experience at a B2B company (SaaS/tech/enterprise software preferred).
- Experience as Account Executive SDR/BDR or Sales Manager owning pipeline and quota.
- Background in Customer Success or Account Management running renewals expansion and QBRs.
- Experience in Demand Generation Growth or Lifecycle Marketing running multi-channel campaigns.
- Day-to-day use of CRM (Salesforce HubSpot) outreach tooling (Outreach Salesloft Apollo) marketing automation (Marketo HubSpot Pardot) and analytics (Tableau Looker Power BI).
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills. Able to translate sales and marketing workflows into structured reproducible task specs.
- Comfortable narrating your workflow live and answering follow-up questions in detail.
