Role Overview

As a Flemish-speaking Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for many customers guiding businesses through their digital transformation. This role offers a hybrid work model with options to be based in Barcelona Malaga or Valencia.
Your Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact for prospects delivering strong first impressions and building lasting B2B relationships.
- Consultative Advisor: Guide small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
- Revenue Growth: Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with internal Solution Specialists and Partner Managers.
- Voice of the Customer: Collect and share customer feedback to help the organization improve products and services.
- Portfolio Management: Cultivate and expand your client portfolio using a consultative sales approach.
Requirements
- Languages: Native or proficient Flemish and fluent English.
- Experience: 12 years in IT sales account management or customer success.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain.
- Preferred: Experience with cloud solutions (Azure Office 365) or Microsoft Fundamentals certifications.
