Role Overview
Are you passionate about digital transformation and the future of tech Workster is partnering with a global technology leader to recruit Danish-speaking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Based in either Malaga or Valencia you will be at the forefront of cloud innovation helping small and medium-sized businesses unlock the potential of advanced cloud solutions. This is a role for a relationship-builder who wants to guide businesses through their digital evolution.
Your Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Initiate engagement with prospects delivering a strong first impression and building meaningful client portfolios.
- Consultative Advisor: Act as a trusted expert for customers exploring cloud technology identifying their specific business needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal Solution Specialists and Managers to drive growth and maximize sales value.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand the service offerings for existing clients to meet revenue targets.
- Voice of the Customer: Collect and share vital customer feedback to help the organization improve products and services.
Requirements
- Languages: Native or C1 level Danish and B2 level English.
- Experience: 12 years in IT sales account management or customer success.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce Dynamics 365) and MS Office.
- Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain.
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Azure Office 365 or specialized Microsoft Fundamentals certifications.
