What Youll Do

As a Customer Advisor your day-to-day will involve:

  • Expert Support: Assisting German-speaking customers via phone email and chat regarding accounts transactions and digital tools.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying customer needs and providing accurate solutions in a human-first manner.
  • Security & Compliance: Maintaining high standards of data privacy and following strict banking protocols.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborating with your team to enhance the overall customer journey.

Training & Development

We ensure you are fully prepared from day one. All new hires undergo a comprehensive training program:

  • Initial Duration: First 5 weeks.
  • Schedule: Initially 09:0015:00 later extended to 35 hours per week.
  • Content: A deep dive into banking software financial regulations and communication excellence.

Working Hours & Shifts

We value transparency and work-life balance. Candidates can choose their preferred fixed shift before starting:

  • Morning Shift: 07:0016:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:0024:00
  • Type: 100% On-site in our modern Valencia office.

What We Are Looking For

  • Language Skills: Near-native or native proficiency in German (C1/C2) a solid command of English (B2) and an intermediate level of Spanish (B2).
  • Mindset: A positive can-do attitude. While prior banking or customer service experience is a plus we hire for potential!
  • Residency: Already living in or willing to relocate to Valencia (must have valid EU work authorization).

  • Base Salary: 20800 Gross Annual.
