Reporting Line: Business Integration Manager

Location: Melbourne (hybrid working arrangements supported)

Working rights: AU Citizenship is required.

Role type: Initial 6-month contract with potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities

System Support & Leadership

• Provide expert support training and guidance on people systems (Workday Rewards Gateway etc.)
• Manage Workday master data in line with governance frameworks
• Oversee ticket management ensuring timely resolution within SLAs
• Troubleshoot system issues perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (P&E Payroll IT) and external vendors
• Develop system documentation process flows and user guides
• Lead and support team performance identifying development opportunities

System Maintenance & Enhancements

• Maintain system configurations data structures and processes
• Identify and prioritise system improvements and enhancements
• Translate business requirements into solutions through analysis and recommendations
• Support system design configuration testing and implementation
• Stay up to date with HR technology trends and best practices

Data Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and deliver reports and dashboards (both cyclical and ad hoc)
• Analyse data across integrated systems and identify impacts
• Support data governance and audits to ensure integrity and compliance
• Contribute to policy reviews to align with system capabilities

Skills and Experience

• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Proven experience in HRIS/HCM system administration
• Strong Workday experience (Core HCM Recruitment Absence Compensation Talent highly desirable)
• Experience with ticketing/service management systems
• Previous leadership or team management experience desirable
• Strong understanding of HR systems and processes
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Knowledge of HR metrics and employment legislation (desirable)
