We are seeking an experienced Probate & Estate Planning Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing probate and estate planning matters with precision responsiveness and discretion. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a client-focused legal environment and can independently manage drafting client communication and matter coordination.
This position is available as:
- Hybrid for candidates located near Spring Hill or Tampa Florida
- Remote for candidates located elsewhere in Florida

Key Responsibilities
- Draft probate documents for Formal and Summary Administrations
- Draft estate planning documents including:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Powers of Attorney
- Deeds
- Healthcare Advance Directives
- Prepare final execution-ready documents and track revisions
- E-file probate documents with Florida courts
- Coordinate hearings and maintain attorney calendars
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates document revisions and follow-up
- Assist with matter management and task tracking
- Participate in intake and client triage alongside the Sales & Intake team
- Attend weekly Zoom team meetings and collaborate with internal staff
- Maintain compliance with all firm procedures and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
Required
- 3 years of Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal experience
- Experience drafting probate documents for Formal and Summary Administrations
- Strong knowledge of Florida Probate Court procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional empathetic and client-focused communication style
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Experience using CRM systems
Preferred
- Experience with:
- WealthCounsel
- ElderDocx
- Office 365
- Zoho CRM
- Notary certification
- Experience supporting Elder Law attorneys
Work Environment & Home Office Requirements
This role may be fully remote for qualified Florida-based candidates. Remote employees are expected to maintain a professional home office setup including:
