Job Summary
A highly respected global investment firm is seeking a Payroll Associate to join its payroll team. This is a great opportunity for a payroll professional who wants to join a stable high-performing organization with excellent benefits strong mentorship and long-term career growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work employee support and working with payroll systems such as ADP or Workday. A four-year degree is not required; candidates with an associates degree some college or equivalent hands-on payroll experience are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
Base salary depending on experience plus overtime eligibility 15% annual bonus target and 14.3% profit sharing.
Responsibilities
The Payroll Associate will support day-to-day payroll operations including:
- Processing payroll changes
- Reviewing payroll data for accuracy
- Assisting with employee inquiries
- Maintaining payroll records
- Supporting payroll reporting reconciliations and compliance-related tasks.
This person will work closely with payroll leadership and internal business partners to help ensure payroll is processed accurately timely and confidentially.
Qualified candidates will bring
- Payroll experience ideally in a corporate financial services professional services or similarly detail-oriented environment
- Experience with ADP or Workday is strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills attention to detail confidentiality follow-through
- Service-oriented communication style
