Marital Family Law Paralegal

Agile Connection Group is partnering with a well-established full-service regional law firm to identify an experienced Marital / Family Law Paralegal for its growing Family Law practice in Nashua New Hampshire.

This is a dedicated one-on-one support role working directly with a single Family Law attorney rather than supporting multiple attorneys in a shared pool environment. The position offers meaningful ownership of cases from initial petition through final decree allowing the paralegal to become deeply involved in both client relationships and litigation support.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities within a fast-paced matrimonial practice. Candidates should possess strong familiarity with New Hampshire family court procedures and be confident handling all aspects of family law litigation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file legal documents including petitions motions orders parenting plans and related pleadings with New Hampshire family courts
• Manage discovery processes including preparing and responding to interrogatories document requests and financial disclosures
• Prepare review and organize financial affidavits and supporting financial documentation
• Coordinate client communications court filings scheduling and case deadline tracking
• Assist with trial preparation including exhibit organization hearing binders witness materials and supporting documentation
• Maintain organized case files and manage calendaring across an active litigation docket
• Communicate with courts opposing counsel clients experts and third parties throughout the litigation process

Required Experience

• 35 years of Family Law paralegal experience within a law firm environment
• Senior candidates with 7 years of experience are encouraged to apply
• Law firm experience required
• Familiarity with New Hampshire family court procedures and filing requirements required
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and active matters simultaneously within a high-volume practice
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be available to work fully on-site in Nashua NH

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite including Word Outlook and Excel
• Adobe Acrobat proficiency required
• Experience with Filevine or comparable legal case management software preferred
• Strong document drafting proofreading and file management capabilities

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting complex high-asset divorce and custody matters
• Financial discovery experience strongly preferred
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred but not required
