About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in a full-time hybrid role. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys managing cases drafting persuasive legal documents negotiating resolutions and advocating for clients throughout the litigation process.

The ideal candidate is proactive highly organized and capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining excellent client service and professionalism.

This role offers hands-on litigation experience meaningful client interaction and the opportunity to work closely with an experienced and collaborative legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents demand letters motions and court pleadings
• Conduct legal research and case analysis related to litigation matters including lemon law claims
• Manage case files and support litigation strategy from inception through resolution
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation arbitration and court proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel courts and internal team members
• Prepare persuasive written arguments and legal correspondence
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes
• Maintain professionalism organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

What Were Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar admission
• Strong legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear concise and persuasive legal documents
• Excellent analytical and research abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of Lemon Law
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or another language) are a plus
