Job Summary
Position: Senior Litigation Associate Attorney.

Our client is a highly respected law firm focused on the national security sector supporting aerospace defense intelligence and dual-use technology companies. The firm handles sophisticated litigation investigations and regulatory matters in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
In this role you will:
Lead and support complex litigation in federal/state courts.
Draft motions briefs and key filings.
Manage discovery strategy and case development.
Handle government and internal investigations.
Advise clients on compliance risk mitigation and enforcement matters.
Participate in hearings arbitrations and mediations.
Work directly with clients on high-stakes disputes and regulatory matters.

Ideal candidates will have:
Strong litigation and investigations experience.
Experience managing matters independently as a lead associate.
Excellent research writing and advocacy skills.
Virginia Bar admission or eligibility to waive in.
Background in government contracts regulatory compliance white collar matters or national security-related industries is highly preferred.
