About the Role:

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing team in a full-time capacity. This position offers flexibility with in-office hybrid or remote work arrangements based in Riverside California.

In this role you will work closely with experienced attorneys on a variety of litigation and transactional matters across multiple practice areas. The ideal candidate is a motivated legal professional with strong research and writing skills sound judgment and a desire to develop as a well-rounded attorney in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

This opportunity may include work in legal malpractice defense business litigation trust and estates litigation construction law real estate matters and other complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and draft motions pleadings memoranda and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in court proceedings hearings mediations and negotiations
  • Assist with litigation strategy and case management from inception through resolution
  • Advise clients on legal risks business matters and dispute resolution strategies
  • Support transactional and litigation matters related to construction real estate and business law
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service
  • Maintain professionalism ethical standards and strict client confidentiality
  • Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and practical legal guidance

What Were Looking For:

  • Strong legal research and writing skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with litigation practices including drafting motions pleadings and participating in court proceedings
  • Knowledge of construction law real estate law and business law is preferred
  • Excellent analytical negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to professionalism integrity and client service
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active State Bar of California license
  • Prior experience in a similar legal role is preferred but not required
