Our firm prides itself on collegiality collaboration and high-quality advocacy. We are currently seeking a seasoned and personable Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team and grow with us.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will bring at least 13 years of experience in all phases of corporate commercial litigation and enjoy working in a supportive team-driven environment. This role offers meaningful responsibility hands-on litigation experience and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues on complex and engaging matters. Strong writing research and communication skills are essential. Candidates for this role must possess substantial trial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft review and argue pleadings motions and manage all phases of discovery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 13 years of experience in corporate commercial litigation.
• Admission to both the New York and New Jersey bars.
• Excellent writing research and communication skills.
• Professional reliable and team-oriented approach to practice.
• Deposition experience.
• Trial experience.
